Cancellation / Guarantee Policy

Cancellation 3 days prior to day and time of arrival will be entitled to full refund (Except, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan). Where cancellation is 5 days prior toarrival. In the event that cancellation are made les than 3 days prior to arrival, there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's room charge (for the number of rooms booked) at confirmed rate (Excluding tax).

Incase Hotel Clark International is unable to accomodate you for any reason we will arrange accommodation in a similar category and hotel will proide you transportation to another hotel and transportation back to our hotel if we are able to accommodate you during the particular stay period.
